EULER, in cooperation with EUCLID, an intergovernmental treaty-based organization with a university mandate, offers to select students from the general public its flagship external (distance or online) degree program called the EULER Online Bachelor of Science in International Relations and Global Development.

The PR minor builds on foundational principles of PR by introducing best practices in PR writing and strategic management while allowing the student to have an emphasis in a number of disciplines; graphic design, journalism, communications, PR research and theory, and social media.

Students in Public Relations program develop the skills to build goodwill for a business or organization’s stakeholders and audience. Students conduct market research, analyze audiences, think strategically, and identify publicity opportunities. Through real-world service-learning projects; informational interviews; and internships, students start growing their professional network.

Public Relations professionals design and implement strategic communication plans to help organizations build beneficial relationships with their various publics. Graduates have opportunities to work in the world of PR within corporations, agencies, health organizations, government, and entertainment.

Agricultural communicators are important in society because they provide essential information to consumers and producers. The agricultural communication major provides students the opportunity to study journalism, marketing, public relations and graphic design within the applied context of the agricultural industry.

Advertising professionals inform the public about goods and services and encourage audience action through advertising messages. The Advertising concentration at MTSU offers preparation for diverse advertising careers. Students learn to write, design and create materials for a variety of media from print to digital through courses focusing on the creative side.

This survey course examines the various dimensions of the field of public health & how the public's health is protected. Students will explore the ways social, economic, and political forces influence the health of populations. Additionally, this course will focus upon some of the current ethical public health dilemmas where the rights of the individual versus the rights of society come into conflict.
