Knowledge of food from production, through its industrial processing, labeling and packaging, evaluating them under the quality point of view, food safety, nutritional value, industrial quality, always considering the different market requirements. Training experts to establish a two-way relationship between food production and its consumption with a view to improvement / diversification of food production and nutritional status of the population.
