The mission of the Business Studies Area as it relates to the undergraduate degree programmes is to be the leading provider of undergraduate management education in Egypt.

A collaborative agreement was established as a result of Dr Akef Maghrabi and BUE approaching Queen Margaret University (QMU) in Scotland (UK) to be a partner in developing a nursing faculty (MMNF)within the British University in Egypt (BUE).

Computer engineering embodies the science and technology of the design, construction, implementation, and maintenance of the software and hardware components of modern computing systems and computer-controlled equipment. AUC's computer science program aims to provide students with a modern education that emphasizes creative applications of scientific knowledge in the analysis, design, and implementation of computer software and hardware systems relevant to society's needs.

The sustainability of the Planet requires skilled professionals to address the challenges posed by climate change, water and energy scarcity, and biodiversity protection. At NOVA FCT, the Undergraduate Programme in Environmental Engineering equips engineers to develop innovative solutions that balance human progress with the Planet's sustainability. With over 40 years of pioneering experience, this programme combines engineering, science, and technology, focusing on areas such as water resource management, ecosystem restoration, and the transition to a carbon-neutral economy. It fosters the development of essential scientific and practical skills for a market undergoing profound ecological transformation.

The Economics programme has two central activities, first to train students at the undergraduate level in the methods and ideas of modern economics. Second is to conduct both basic and applied research in economics that pushes forward the frontier of knowledge in the field.

Establish a career as a data scientist who possesses the analytical tools necessary for extracting knowledge from data. Data science is a new interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary field experiencing rapid growth due to the availability of vast and complex real-world data. AUC’s data science program combines the fields of probability, statistics, mathematics, machine learning, databases, and modern programming languages such as R and Python. This multidisciplinary program provides students with tools for the generalizable extraction of knowledge from data.

The Architectural Engineering Programme provides state-of-the-art knowledge and skills that reflect a flexible pace to match the fast growth of emerging technologies employed in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries to meet national, MENA and international market demands. Thus, achieving the BUE’s and the Faculty of Engineering’s key objectives to promote cultural, economic, social and technological development via capable Architectural Engineering graduates, educated to the best UK academic standards.

The Mission of the Electrical Engineering Programme is to provide undergraduate and graduate educational programmes with fundamental electrical engineering skills.

The Program of Business Administration is focused primarily on the different fields of business, administration, marketing, accounting, finance, management, etc. It is focused on using and teaching the established methods as well as new and emerging methods of these fields that help in blending traditional knowledge and skills of business administration with the emerging fields of sustainable development. The members of the faculty are responsible for teaching courses such as Principles of Accounting, Principles of Marketing, Human Resource Management & Development, cost accounting, Financial Management.
