With this knowledge, you can recognize trends and developments in your future field of activity. Building on this, you will define goals, implement them in the world of work and organize collaboration correctly. You will understand your customers and develop product or marketing concepts that are tailored to their needs. In doing so, you will learn from the experience of empirical studies and meet the requirements of your professional practice with the concepts of personnel, work and organizational psychology, and the findings from market and consumer psychology in all its essential forms, such as health psychology, intercultural psychology and media psychology.
