Molecular Medicine is a growing field that strives to understand normal body functioning and pathogenesis at the cellular and molecular levels, allowing researchers to use that knowledge in the design of specific tools for disease diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, and prevention.

The Biomedical Science MSc lets you tailor your course to your interests and experience with a wide range of optional modules in addition to our core delivery. You can mix modules in microbiology, molecular biology, hematology, clinical chemistry, or blend basic science with studies in science communication or commercialization.

In the Master of Science (M.Sc.) Biomass Technology program, students will get a combination of specialized knowledge and interdisciplinary skills in the fields of energy, process engineering, plant cultivation as well as chemistry, in order to transform our technology and industry onto a sustainable basis.

The Doctoral Program in Biology has a duration of 4 years, corresponding to a total of 240 ECTS. The first year includes a curricular component (60 ECTS) structured in Advanced Courses, focused on various thematic areas of the scientific field of Biology (total of 24 ECTS), tutorial classes (20 ECTS), and the preparation of the thesis component (16 ECTS). At the end of the first year, the student will have to submit and publicly defend his doctoral workplan. A positive evaluation is required for their permanence in the doctoral program.
