The Tourism, Hotel Management & Operations degree is an extension of the specialization in Hotel Management, which adds two additional semesters where you will be taught about the entire structure of the hotel and tourism industry. Courses in Restaurant and Service Management, Culinary Theory and Practice, and Food and Beverage Management will provide you with the necessary practical skills and expertise to successfully engage in professional practice. You will also study advanced hotel management, covering topics such as hotel property planning, performance management, and how to develop strategic business opportunities.

The BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management offers students the foundational knowledge and practical skills that are essential for efficient logistics and supply chain operations. Logistics typically refers to activities that occur within the boundaries of a single organization and supply chains refer to networks of companies that work together and coordinate their actions to deliver a product to market. Traditional logistics focuses its attention on activities such as procurement, distribution, maintenance, and inventory management. Supply Chain Management (SCM) acknowledges all of traditional logistics and also includes activities such as marketing, new product development, finance, and customer service. The BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management will build on the Associates of Science in Business Administration pathway already established at GHC. Therefore, the lower division courses required by the proposed degree, and of all BBA students, are already in place. Students will be required to complete a minimum of 50 credit hours under the business administration pathway prior to applying to the BBA program. Once admitted into the BBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management program, by following a recommended sequence of courses, this pathway can be completed in 2 years.
