The BBA (Hons) in Corporate Governance and Compliance aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge so that graduates are prepared for career development as corporate governance and compliance professionals. Upon completion of the BBA-CGC, graduates will be able to develop a good understanding of the laws and regulations in corporate governance and assist the board of directors in implementing an effective compliance system.
