Bachelor study at the Faculty of Economics, VŠB-TU Ostrava takes three years. It is completed by taking the state bachelor exam and defending the bachelor thesis. Successful graduates are awarded the Bachelor's degree - Bc. After completing the bachelor's degree program in Finance, graduates may continue their studies in the Master's degree program in Finance, or choose from other economic-oriented programs with economic orientation at this level of study.

This introductory course in Finance builds on the student’s accounting and economics knowledge and develops skills in financial analysis, financial forecasting, and financial management. It also provides knowledge of financial instruments like stocks, bonds, convertibles, and warrants as they are used in the financial markets of Canada.

The Technology in Financial Management program of the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Cesmag University adopts a systemic approach to training that integrates knowledge from various disciplines, allowing the adaptation of new knowledge, updating and expanding the paradigms of the management of the organizations. For the Technology in Financial Management program, the object of study is organizations and finance, where the Technologist is responsible for dynamizing, optimizing, and maximizing financial resources.
