You’ll complete coursework components designed to expand your knowledge of statistics and the ethics of psychology research and practice, and undertake a supervised research project that will train you in discipline-specific and generic research skills. The research project would require you to write a research proposal, collect and analyse data, give an oral presentation of the results, and write a thesis at the end of the course.

This course will give you a fundamental understanding of the major principles of psychology and exposure to a broad cross-section of topics relevant to applied and professional psychology. You’ll subsequently acquire a basic knowledge of core business disciplines and specialised knowledge in one business area of your choosing, and develop an understanding of psychology in a business environment.

This exciting and innovative biology degree incorporates behavioral sciences to make it more relevant, relatable, and applicable. With 75% of the subjects focusing on biology, graduates will be equipped with a strong foundation to further their studies at the postgraduate level in the area of neuroscience, and in clinical or pharmaceutical research. Alongside academic studies, there will also be opportunities to develop research skills and practical experience through working on an innovative independent research project during the final year.
