The German language acting program within the Faculty of Music and Theater of the West University of Timişoara, was established in 1992 and aims to train professional actors primarily for the German language scenes in Romania and other countries from Europe. A central place in training is occupied by the discovery and development of artistic personality through improvisation exercises, stage transposition of epic texts, role studies with an ascending degree of difficulty, studio productions and shows with audiences, as well as theatrical internships.
