The Master’s in Bioengineering focuses on the intersection of biology, engineering, and clinical sciences to design innovative medical solutions. Bachelor of Science (B.S.) - Agricultural Education (Secondary Education) - The curriculum in secondary education is for students seeking careers teaching agriscience in middle and high schools. Graduates are eligible to apply for the agricultural education teaching license in North Carolina. Students majoring in this concentration will also have to be admitted to the College of Education’s Teacher Education Program at N.C. A&T, and must earn a minimum grade point average of 2.8, in addition to other program requirements. Please ask your advisor for more details and information about these requirements.

The curriculum covers the range of evidence-based practices in autism treatment, the characteristics of ASD as well as child development and augmentative communication systems.

The Graduate Certificate in Forest Carbon Science, Policy, and Management is an online program offered through the Forest Carbon and Climate Program (FCCP) with the Department of Forestry. The Certificate is designed to enhance understanding and implementation of climate-smart forest management, which inextricably links climate change mitigation and adaptation. Learners will complete three courses: 1) Human Dimensions of Forest Carbon Management, 2) Measurement and Monitoring of Forest Carbon, and 3) Forest Carbon Policy, Economics and Finance. These courses can be completed in any order and build a robust understanding of forest carbon science, methodologies, and practices being used in the field today.

Renal nursing is a specialised area of nursing practice that treats patients with kidney disease and educates both patients and families about treatment protocols. Renal nurses assume a wide range of responsibilities from clinical care to administration.
