We have created a curriculum to acquire qualifications as nutritionists, food specialists and food scientists based on the 3 pillars of dietetics, nutrition science and cookery science. Students develop into outstanding resources able to contribute from day one in a variety of societal scenes as food professionals.

Information and telecommunications technology is rapidly progressing, but this progress is creating new social problems. Interdisciplinary research is necessary to achieve harmony between information technology on the one hand and society and humanity on the other.

The curriculum is an organic synthesis of general and special education, designed to enable students to easily and systematically acquire specialized subjects over the course of their study. Students can proceed from the study of basic science, add knowledge from other fields and proceed to a specialty that fits their unique capabilities - ideal for students with abundant intellectual curiosity and a passion for solving mysteries.

The Program cultivates teachers with broad general education, rich humanity, and advanced knowledge and skills. Each year it sends numerous capable individuals equipped with practical instructional skills into the front lines of education.

Deepen understanding of society, mankind and culture in the globalization age and develop appropriate power of judgment, power of execution and communication skills. There are 5 majors (specialized areas), which are broken down into 14 small-group seminars.

Eiwa has established a Social Welfare Worker Model Course and Child Care Worker, Kindergarten Teacher Model Course. Through small classes of 6 to 7 students for every teacher, students can strengthen their ability to bring people happiness and steadily form various specialist abilities.
