The program meets the requirements by both the ECTS credits and level descriptors of the first cycle degree qualifications of the Overarching Framework of European Qualifications Framework HE(QF-EHEA) and the 6th level qualifications of the Turkish Qualifications Framework for HE (TYYÇ, NQF-HETR). The aim of Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University Georgian Language and Literature Department who has been teaching since 2015, is to educate students who will be able to research in the fields of the Georgian language, literature, folklore, and culture, to do researches about the field, to do researches and to introduce them through publications, conferences and seminars.
