In spite of the increasing enrolment figures, our Psychology BA Program has preserved a familiar, friendly atmosphere and supportive personal relations between students and academic staff. Our university is supported by the Reformed Church in Hungary, but all majors at the Faculty of Humanities follow secular curricula set by the academic standards of the HAC (Hungarian Accreditation Committee). We aim at fostering cooperation and mutual responsibility among students thereby providing a protected community for productive studies.

The aim of the program in BSc in Nursing is to train nursing and health care professionals who are able to take part with full responsibility in prevention, treatment, nursing and rehabilitation at all levels of health and social care. Students will acquire knowledge of individual, family, community and public health protection and rehabilitation as well as of health and social services.

After acquiring the basics of health in BSc in Dietetics, life and social sciences students will take part in cooking practices.They will learn the composition of foods from A to Z, so they will understand even the fine print coomponents on the packages of products.

Graduates of the Health Care Management BSc with Health Tourism Management Specialization program take part in organizing and managing health promotion activities, prepare projects that aim at developing health tourism and strengthening international cooperation, and they participate in the implementation of tourism development programs of the European Union and other regions.

The aim of the BSc in public health program is to provide students with solid knowledge of the discipline, so that they understand the basic concepts of public health and are able to suggest solutions to public health challenges.

A public health supervisor deals with epidemiological tasks that consist of the organisation of public health investigations and the analysis of data retrieved during the investigations. Graduated public health supervisors have a deep knowledge of the theory and practice of hospital hygiene, the epidemiology of hospital-acquired infections, the methodology of disinfection and sterilization, as well. They plan and realize nosocomial surveillance, monitor the health status of the population, plan, organize, realize and evaluate preventive programmes.
