The Nutrition and Dietetics program of the San Martín University Foundation is designed to train Nutritionists Dietitians with high academic quality, ethical performance, and human sensitivity, innovators, committed to research and social development processes responding to the food reality and the improvement of nutritional and health status of the population in the context in which they have to act.
