At the Faculty of Health Studies of the Bijeljina University, classes are held in the study program Nursing, which is planned as a three-year study. In health care, there are tendencies that nurses who graduate from high school will not be able to perform the jobs that they could do so far, that is, that they will be able to perform the jobs of nurses. Upon completion of the Faculty of Health Studies at the Bijeljina University in the field of Nursing, students are able to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities to independently assess the needs for health care, set goals and priorities, plan and implement adequate care procedures, evaluate and implement the plan care, etc., but also to participate in the planning and implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures under the supervision of a physician. Upon completion of this study program and defense of the thesis, the holder of the diploma is qualified to perform health care independently.

The study program of the first cycle - the undergraduate study of General Kinesiology at the Faculty of Education was created according to the requirements of the Bologna Declaration and modern trends in primary and secondary school teaching in sports and physical education by careful selection of subjects in the field of educational training of future sports and physical education teachers. The system of compulsory and elective courses/courses in the field of kinesiology, sports, and physical education provides students with various opportunities to acquire additional professional competencies and profiles them for the successful implementation of complex programs in working with students of all ages of primary and secondary school. COMPETENCIES AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES Kinesiologists educated at the Faculty of Education become qualified to scientifically / scientifically establish the exercise process in all areas of applied kinesiology and to evaluate the kinesiological effects of such programmed exercise that is expected of it in physical education and health culture, sports recreation and kinesitherapy, but also the effects of sports training. improving sports results. They are also trained to solve problems related to physical / sports exercise and health with special emphasis on well-being for participants in kinesiological (sports) activities related to health, education, sports, economy, and defense capabilities of the population. In addition to employment opportunities in primary and secondary schools, at the Faculties as assistants, students who complete this course have real employment opportunities in state institutions, sports federations, and organizations, sports clubs, sports facilities, institutions whose primary task is security: security agencies, police, army, security agencies, rescue services, and sports-recreational and tourist organizations.

Genetics and Bioengineering Program is a special program combining natural sciences and engineering. The principal is to first understand and explore the biological processes at the cellular level, then correlate this knowledge with different fields of engineering, and finally implement solutions in the industry and technology.

The Psychology Program offers a good theoretical basis in psychology and developing basic skills in assessment, treatment and intervention to identify appropriate ways of solving psychological problems.
