The Degree in Occupational Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Control at UDE trains university graduates with knowledge and experimental practice to face professional activity in all its aspects and in its different applications, industrial environments and establishments. It is an up-to-date career that took into account the constant evolution of technology and production systems to design its training. This is the reason why, with this proposal, it is sought to adapt the Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Control to the needs of current times. The career of the UDE assumes as a necessity the comprehensive training of professionals who are capable of fulfilling functions both in the field of risk assessment and analysis management, as well as in the development and implementation of prevention and mitigation techniques of the different technological and environmental threats. Also, more specifically, in our University this career trains professionals capable of implementing, evaluating, organizing and conducting hygiene, safety and work environment systems, applying various techniques, human resources, materials, equipment, machines. and facilities, in order to reduce damage to workers' health and economic losses derived from workplace accidents, occupational diseases and environmental damage.
