Bachelor’s programme in Green Energetics is an engineering programme with environmental focus, oriented towards priority areas of energetics – energy efficiency and alternative energy sources with reduced emissions for so-called sustainable development.

The department was established in 2010 as Green Energy Science and Technology with a four-year university program. This department is envisioned to develop advanced technologies for energy efficiency with market-sited green energy, and affordable energy systems to match up the demands of engineering skills as well as focusing on solar power, LED devices, bio-fuels, and hydrogen energies, fuel cell and etc. In addition, the department is specially established to aim to improve energy efficiency in end-use sectors and to increase the diversity of energy resources consistent with an economically and environmentally sustainable future.
