The mission of the Computer Science (CGA) program is to educate students in the principles and practices of computer science, preparing them for life-long learning and careers in software design and development, computing systems technology, and research.

The Graphic Design and Digital Media program prepares students to practice graphic design professionals. The program emphasizes critical thinking and active discovery and enables students to work in any medium necessary in order to creatively propose and solve design problems.

The program introduces the visual elements, principles, and problem-solving methodology, as well as techniques of illustration by learning and developing skills and techniques of different illustration styles for advertising and products in various mediums for graphic design.

A graphic designer is someone who creates visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. It involves creativity to achieve certain objectives, with the use of images, symbols or words.

Our mission is centered on preparing students to become successful innovators and designers, who improve the natural and social environment, advance environmental sustainability, and enhance the human experience through focused education and innovative learning and teaching methods. Staff in the Art and Design Department has a broad range of skills and expertise and their extensive experience, passion and commitment, supports and informs each of our courses.

The RNCP certification is issued by the National Commission for Professional Certification (CNCP), placed under the authority of the Ministry of Labour. Each training course registered with the RNCP responds to a clearly identified need among professionals and on the French labor market.
