The Food Production Management program curriculum provides knowledge and skills for students aiming at managing the different levels of agri-food chains. The focus will be on the supply chains of dairy, cured meats, viticulture, cereals, and horticultural produce. In particular, high-quality “Made in Italy” product value chains are used as study cases.

The Degree Course in Food Systems: Sustainability, Management, and Technology, prepares students to become expert food systems managers. The program provides the students with the interdisciplinary knowledge necessary to work in the business, environment, and natural resources management in the agri-food sector. The three-year inter-class Bachelor's Degree in Made in Italy, Food and Hospitality aims to develop qualified training in the field of Made In Italy, particularly regarding two thematic areas and activities: tourism and hospitality; food and wine products. To this end, the course is presented as an inter-class course.

Food Sciences and Technologies
