18 Engineering Bachelors Degree Programs in Taiwan

National Taiwan Normal University (NTNU) established the Graduate Institute of Electro-Optical Science and Technology (IEO) M.S. Program in 2001 under the College of Science, followed by the Ph.D. Program in 2005. The Undergraduate Program of Electro-Optical Engineering (UPEOE) was established in 2018 which provides the undergraduate Program under the College of technology and engineering.

The Electrical Engineering program at the National University of Tainan was established in 2005. With the rapid industrial growth, the cultivation of technology-talented persons is critical to Taiwan's economic development. A rich variety of advanced engineering opportunities are available in the newly established Southern Taiwan Science Park. It is only a thirty-minute drive away from our main campus. In 2008 and 2009, the Institute of Communications Engineering and the Institute of Electro-Optical Engineering were merged into the Department of Electrical Engineering, respectively, and has since strengthened our educational offerings. In the fall of 2011, the department integrated the three institutes into the Institute of Electrical Engineering and began to provide Ph. D. program. Our aims are: To familiarize the students with all major areas of electrical engineering and enable them to engage in advanced research and development in the electrical-related industries. To play an important role in the rapid growth of Taiwan's science and technology and develop our students to be qualified R&D engineers.

The school professional personnel of "Fire" and "disaster prevention." Taiwan is currently not in full up to the firefighters who are expected to go to in order to make up. In response to increasingly severe challenges, fire department Disaster Prevention and Relief operations will amplify organizing the preparation, the more significant increase in fire police vacancies. The learning process will work with the fire department training center academia, both theory and practice, and strengthen "" guidance, of enable graduates to achieve full employment or further studies.

The curriculum places emphases on fundamental skill and professional knowledge in civil engineering.

Industrial engineering -deals with the optimization of complex processes or systems. It is concerned with the development, improvement, and implementation of integrated systems of people, money, knowledge, information, equipment, energy, materials, analysis and synthesis, as well as the mathematical, physical and social sciences together with the principles and methods of engineering design to specify, predict, and evaluate the results to be obtained from such systems or processes.

The mechatronic engineering program at Huafan University is established to educate students with essential skills to compete in the high-tech multidisciplinary world arena.

In accordance with the main technology development and industrial promotion, the College of Engineering emphasizes applied engineering and system integration technology as the educational objectives, thus fostering high-tech professionals that are indispensable for the national economic development and achieving the target of enhancing national competitiveness.

By teaching fundamental science, mathematics, and professional knowledge of electronic engineering, the department mission is to train our students to be experts having professional skills, knowing professional ethics and social responsibility, and with a global view in the related technical areas.

The Department of Mechatronics Engineering provides substantial programs in Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctor of Philosophy. The education and research areas of the Department include Mechatronic Control and Optoelectronic Application. The Department offers diverse and consistent courses and activities for students.

No matter how great humankind's technological advancement and economic development, we will always be dependent upon our environment and the resources it provides to exist and develop. Hence, the use of engineering technology to control pollutants and maintain the quality of the environment will become more of a focal point in our world of the future. After completing theoretical and practical training, and graduating from the program, graduates possess the professional ability to monitor and manage environment quality issues.

Our research and teaching efforts follow three directions, namely, computers/networks, integrated circuits, and communications/digital signal processing. Research activities in these areas are expected to shape our distinguishing features in media communication, system-on-a-chip, and intelligent space.

Ms. Peng Wenhong, the founder of the Republic of China, founded Wufeng Middle School in Chiayi in 1949. As the school site was occupied by the Chiayi Garrison (now 228 Park on Daya Road, diagonally opposite to Jiazhong, Province), the garrison coordinated with the municipal government to rent out land 3A of Fangcao Farm as the school site. The extension resulted in new students.

The department offers complete academic programs in B.Sc., M.S., and Ph.D. to cultivate and train students to be professional engineers for The industrial requirements in Green Power, Communication, Control System, and System on Chip Design.
