The European Business program is an international bachelor's degree offered in cooperation with Hochschule Zittau/Görlitz, focused on modern business and European management. The aim of the three-year study programme, Economy and Management, is to prepare graduates who understand the structure and functioning of any type of economy and are able to manage it using modern management methods. It is, therefore, the study of the management of the economy regardless of its size, affiliation to the private or public sector, profit or non-profit nature, legal form, national, international or transnational character, etc.

Our Bachelor program Economics and Business Administration, major in Economics was opened in the academic year 2012/2013. We already have our first Alumni, who continue their study at Universities in the Czech Republic and all around Europe.

The bachelor’s degree in International and Diplomatic Studies is a Czech national degree awarded by the Prague University of Economics and Business. Graduates are entitled to use the title Bc. according to Czech legislation.

The aim of this study program is to provide a system of basic theoretical knowledge and practical conducting skills. The main subjects are: conducting technique, playing of vocal scores, vocal education in the choir, aural analysis, history of choral singing, literature for all kinds of choirs. Graduates possess knowledge and skills in both components: special and general education. They acquire basic awareness about teachers’ work through an introduction to pedagogy, social pedagogy and motivational practice, and basic psychological disciplines. The curriculum's outcome is not a qualification for teaching. A part of the study program major is a bachelor's thesis. The study program in the major plan respects the balance of subject, didactic and pedagogical-psychological components according to the standards of teacher training of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic. It is possible to study two instruments – piano or violin. The basic subjects are the individual study of instruments, chamber music, improvisation, the orchestra playing. Theoretical subjects – construction and history of instrument, instrumental literature. Graduates should be prepared for getting a job in educational institutions for musical activities of children, in music schools, in cultural institutions, museums, etc. For teaching qualification in basic and high schools, it is necessary to continue in the Master's program. At the Faculty of Chemical Technology, students may focus their professional profiles towards specialized fields: the production and properties of metals, glass, or ceramic materials; plastics and rubber; biocompatible materials; and nano- or submicron-scale structured materials. Students can also focus on a more theoretical program exceeding the scope of the foundational program. During the course of the program, students choose one of three specializations offered.
