Bachelor Degrees in Technology Studies Computer Technology

Students who take courses in computer technology can develop skills in a variety of areas related to electronics and software. Common classes may include electronic spreadsheets, computer operating systems, networking, computer applications in the business environment, graphical applications, word processing and databases.

Universities in Turkey provide either two or four years of education for undergraduate studies, while graduate programs last a minimum of two years. There are around 820 higher education institutions in Turkey including 76 universities with a total student enrollment of over 1 million. The quality of education at the Turkish universities varies greatly, some providing education and facilities on par with internationally renowned schools.

A bachelor's degree is given to students who fulfill the necessary requirements given by the college or university they are attending. The requirements include three to seven years of focus on a subject, typically referred to as a major or concentration.
