Our BSc (Hons) Building Surveying course is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Chartered Institute of Building Engineers (CABE) and the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) meaning your skills will be of the highest industry standards. You will build your knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks and how a building interacts with its environment. You’ll study in our state-of-the-art £65 million building with heavy structures labs minutes from Manchester city centre, the UK’s largest property market outside of London. There will be plenty of opportunities to engage with the industry including an optional one-year paid placement.
