The B.A. licensure in Middle School Education is offered in partnership with Lourdes University. Faculty from Lourdes University teach all of the education coursework on Tiffin University’s campus. Students earn degree requirements from Tiffin University while also earning licensure requirements from Lourdes University. This partnership offers you the strengths of two universities, with the opportunity to learn from experienced faculty from both universities.

The B.A. in History with licensure in Integrated Social Studies, grades 7-12, is offered in partnership with Lourdes University. Faculty from Lourdes University teach all of the education coursework on Tiffin University’s campus. Teacher credentialing and certification will be handled through the Lourdes University Division of Education. Meanwhile, the general education curriculum and the content specialization in history are taught by Tiffin University faculty.

Tiffin University’s cutting-edge bachelor’s degree in commercial music balances coursework in musicianship, music technology and music business, so that students build a set of practical and employable skills. Tiffin University’s digital media program includes required study in multimedia creation, art and design, professional writing, marketing, video production and branding, as well as courses in career development and a required internship. The degree’s creative core and media core provide a foundation for a student to design their own further advanced coursework in a variety of professional tracks and for their outside-the-classroom opportunities in multimedia content creation working on campus and for area businesses.

The B.A. in Chemistry is a “central science” degree as you’re taught concepts and research in not just chemistry, but also biological concepts that connect all of the physical, life and applied sciences. The program offers a comprehensive education in the foundations of organic, inorganic and analytical chemistry, together with biological studies that intersect various areas of chemistry.

The addictions counseling concentration provides hands-on skills and clinical education in problems of substance use, abuse and dependence, as well as other related and co-occurring mental health addictive issues. Our program is designed to meet the educational requirements for Chemical Dependency Counselor licensure status, as well as the international certification standards in addiction counseling.

The sport psychology program is housed within a psychology major, so you’ll obtain a well-rounded education in the psychology field as well as a specialization in sport psychology. The program enables you to apply your affinity for sports and pursue an education that aligns with your personal interests and allows you to compete for professional entry-level positions in the field of sport psychology.
