The main objective of the program is to develop specific skills and competencies for financial professionals, being designed so as to combine theoretical knowledge with practical proficiency in finance, considering the current global development and the challenges to which economies are subjected. Graduates are prepared to activate in financial institutions and companies, being able to work at different levels in corporations, insurance companies, banks, fiscal administrations, brokerage companies.

The program offers students various opportunities for developing skills in different areas of activities relevant to the contemporary business environment. The aims of the specialization are orientated towards the training of specialists in the field of business administration who have internationally recognized competences. We would like to provide our students with an economics training in management and corporate governance, which requires a sound and practical teaching. Among other things, we try to achieve this goal through fundamental and well-founded knowledge of corporate management and information technology.

The program aims to prepare specialists with higher education in accounting and management information systems, both the curriculum and the syllabus being designed to develop students' entrepreneurial spirit, and to ease their integration in the actual business environment after graduation.

The French sector was created in accordance with the multicultural program of Babeş-Bolyai University and meets the expectations of the Romanian society, which is part of the European Union. This stream offers students the opportunity to specialize in an application area of economics, accounting (and computer) management so that at the end of three years of study, they will easily find a job in a business. French orientation, even more - they will be coveted by employers in the French-speaking world.
