Politics and Governance gives you a broad foundation in how political systems, public institutions, and international actors shape today’s world. You will study how decisions are made, how policies are implemented, and how global and local challenges affect society. The program equips students with a broad knowledge basis to prepare them for a future not just in the government or party politics, but also as knowledgeable and able actors in international organizations, the third sector, or even the private sector.

The program is a classical law program that teaches the basics of law and covers legal theory, private law, public law, and with a specialization in EU law and international law. Based on personal interests, you can choose between many optional courses. Traditional branches of law like constitutional law, contract law, property law, criminal law, etc., are taught by comparative analysis of different states’ laws, with a strong emphasis on law and technology and law and business.
