5 On-Campus Sports, Wellness and Lifestyle Associate of Science Programs

The AS-T major in Nutrition and Dietetics prepares students for transfer into bachelor's degree programs in Nutrition and Dietetics and similar areas. Completion of this AS-T meets minimum eligibility for transfer to the California State University system.

This program prepares students for licensing as a Barber. The Barbering program requires 1000 hours of comprehensive training in all facets of the Barbering Industry. Courses focus on theoretical fundamentals, practical manipulative skills, business knowledge, career development in the field, and the professional and ethical training needed for licensing through the California State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology.

The Sport Management A.S. degree at Jamestown Community College prepares you to transfer to a bachelor’s program and pursue careers working with youth, scholastic, intercollegiate, and professional athletic organizations.
