The Associate of Applied Science in Cyber Security degree is designed to prepare students for various entry-level technician opportunities in the information security sector with emphasis on cyber security in government, private sector, and law enforcement agencies. The program consists of four emphasis tracks leading to the Associate of Applied Science Degree. Students may specialize in Cyber Defense, Information Assurance, Network Security Administration, or System Security Administration.

This degree focuses not only on the core of management (principles of management, organizational behavior, and personnel administration) but also encompasses the critical areas of business operations (principles of marketing, accounting, and business law).

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Food and Hospitality Management provides students with the basic and advanced skills, practice, and experience needed to build a professional career as a food service manager. This degree program will equip students to advance into progressively more responsible supervisory roles as their experience and skills develop. Components of the degree program include in-depth supervisory and management theory, guest service as well as hands-on food preparation practice.

The Associate of Applied Science degree, Paralegal is approved by the American Bar Association and designed to train students for careers working as paralegals or legal assistants in law firms, governmental agencies, corporate legal departments, public service organizations, and other institutions. Paralegals work under the supervision of an attorney and are not licensed to practice law.

The Associate of Applied Science in Industrial Technology degree program is designed to enable graduates to enter various fields of the industry after completing two years of study. Students in the Associate of Applied Science in Applied Accounting program will develop critical thinking skills and an understanding of the accounting process used to identify, record, report, and analyze business transactions. This skill set is required for a variety of technical and specialist accounting positions such as a financial specialist, payroll technician, accounts receivable/payable technician, bookkeeper, and small business owner. These positions are needed in all business sizes and types across an unlimited number of industries. Individuals trained at the technical and specialist levels are becoming increasingly important in organizations as national and international accounting regulations increase and converge.

This two-year competency-based program leads to an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree in Welding Technology and provides training for skills and related technical knowledge necessary for advancement in the metals industry.
