The Apparel Design Associate of Science degree offers a comprehensive curriculum of design courses based on industry-standard methods. The Fashion Apparel Design program is designed for those students who desire a comprehensive, two-year, women’s apparel design curriculum. The program encompasses fashion milestones and current trends, textile science, conceptual design, sewing and garment construction, and collection development. In their final semester, students will participate in a capstone course that includes the construction of garments from start to finish and the creation of a design e-portfolio. Graduates of the program will be prepared to further their academic studies. An associate’s degree in Fashion Apparel Design prepares students for careers as designers, technical designers, and stylists.

The AAS program in Fashion Marketing and Communication (formerly called Fashion Marketing) is an intensive, flexible program in which you can explore fashion careers and focus on your interests. Taught by working professionals, the curriculum reflects the industry’s evolving trends and demands.
