This program prepares individuals to apply technical knowledge and skills to repair, install, service, and maintain the operating condition of commercial HVAC systems. This includes instruction in diagnostic techniques, the use of testing equipment, and the principles of mechanics, electricity, and electronics as they relate to the repair of commercial HVAC systems.

CTC's Industrial Maintenance Technology program prepares graduates to work in factories, hospitals, construction industries, and more. In addition to industrial maintenance classes, students in this program take courses in electricity, machine tool, and welding.

Designed to provide students with knowledge and skills needed for employment as a carpenter. Students will study residential and commercial construction. All phases will be explored and applied on a job site or in the lab.

The AAS degree total credit requirement depends upon which state apprenticeship the student is pursuing and the governing Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee's requirements; however, a minimum of 90 credits is required for all degrees.
