The Management and Supervision Associate of Science program combines theory with practical application and prepares you for employment in Entry-Level Managerial positions.

This program prepares individuals to manage the development of human capital in an organization and provide related services to individuals and groups. This includes instruction in personnel and organization policy, human resources dynamics and flows, labor relations, sex roles, civil rights, human resources law and regulations, motivation and compensation systems, work systems, career management, employee testing and assessment, recruitment and selection, managing employee and job training programs, and the management of human resources programs and operations.

This program prepares individuals to supervise and manage operations and personnel of business offices, including supervision, budget preparation, scheduling, office systems, and records.

The Associate in Applied Science in Administration allows students to develop the technical, organizational, and critical-thinking skills necessary to oversee employees in diverse office environments. Students must complete the Associate in Applied Science Administration Degree requirements with a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 or higher.

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in the Administration of Justice takes two years to complete (four semesters).

The purpose of the Associate of Science Degree in Business Administration is to prepare students for entry-level positions in business, industry, and non-profit organizations.

The Mission of the Associate in Science Degree Program in Business Administration offered by the Division of Administration and Economics is to provide an excellent education in introductory business administration.

The Associate of Science in Administration of Justice degree is intended to prepare students academically to perform effectively in a host of careers in the Administration of Justice system. The Business Administration Associate in Science Degree for Transfer also called the Business Administration AS-T Degree, prepares students to transfer to CSU campuses that offer bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration.
