The Faculty of Installation Engineering (FII) was established in 1949. The Faculty trains engineers specializing in the design, construction and operation of all systems in a building: heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water and wastewater supply, lighting, aspects of building security (fire safety, burglary protection, etc.), energy production and distribution systems (thermal and cooling installations, renewable energies, heat distribution, electricity distribution), building automation and management systems.
