3 Online Human Resource Management Advanced Diploma Programs

Human Resources Management is one of three majors offered through AC Online that Business Administration students can select. In the second half of the Business Administration Ontario College Advanced Diploma program, you select a major to specialize in. Prior to selecting a major, you develop a strong foundation in various business skills.

The HR Online Course has been designed, among our higher courses, to train professionals capable of responding to the new challenges and needs of the market and their companies, with a strategic and innovative vision of human capital management.

This program offers a focused and applied specialization in performance analytics, total remuneration, and people management modules appropriate to the needs of South Africa and other emerging economies. The program prepares students to operate at a specialist transactional level utilizing tactical strategy in operational settings. Students would be enabled to interpret the implications of HR decisions on organizational and employee performance and provide suggestions, recommendations, and managerial implications on such matters.
