9 Management A-level Programs

A Level Accounting is a two-year course that will allow you to study a range of topics such as financial and management accounting. Many students who enjoy and complete this subject typically progress onto a range of degree courses including Accounting, Business Studies, Finance, Management and Economics.

The Level 3 Award qualification in Project Management is ideally suited for new project managers, or managers wanting to develop their project management skills. The course covers the nature and context of projects, individual roles and responsibilities within projects, and the project management process.

The Art Department here at Brampton College promotes the development and practice of skills and develops students’ visual awareness and conceptual thinking, in a world that is increasingly dominated by visual information. There is an emphasis on experimentation, and students are encouraged to work in a dynamic and energetic way, as well as with sensitivity and care.

In A-Level geography, you will study our relationship with and the impacts upon the environment, society, other people and different cultures.

This A' Level Accounting Course will help you understand the accountant's responsibilities and the impacts of their recommendations on the business and the wider environment. You will build knowledge and understanding of key concepts, principles and techniques that they can apply to real-life scenarios, developing the ability to solve problems logically, analyse data methodically, make reasoned choices and communicate effectively.

Equivalent to half an A-Level, the Extended Project Qualification is an opportunity for second-year students to develop independent research, presentation and essay writing skills. You will undertake a project on a topic of your choosing and you can approach this in a number of different ways; you could produce a research-based report, or make something more creative.

The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is valued by many Russell Group universities. Universities differ in whether or not they will include the EPQ as part of any offer they make to a student, but students can draw upon their EPQ in their personal statement and at interview to provide evidence of enthusiasm for their chosen subject. The overall purpose of the programme is to study the internal functions of contemporary business organizations at both AS and A2 level. You will also learn how to recognize the nature of problems in businesses, solving problems and making decisions using appropriate business tools.
