For more than 30 years, the school has been training expert, committed and responsible leaders and managers of tomorrow in the culinary arts, hospitality, food service and pastry sectors and represents an ecosystem that is unique in the world for initial training, research and professional training. Campus Features

Institut Lyfe’s main campus is located just a few minutes from Lyon city centre (France), the gastronomic capital of France renowned for its attractive quality of life.

Located just 5 minutes on foot from the school, our student hall of residence offers 104 bedrooms equipped with a private bathroom (1st year students and international students are given priority for campus accommodation, subject to availability).     Scholarships and Funding

    Equal opportunities and Excellence scholarships are awarded to French and international students admitted to the 1st year of a Bachelor’s degree, by the Foundation for Institut Lyfe, to fund part of the tuition fees.

    These are renewable each year, based on academic and attendance criteria, and can be combined with Crous scholarships.

    • Our International Student Affairs team help students with administrative procedures (help with obtaining your visa, French Social Security Office formalities, setting up a bank account, access to our housing service)
    • Our Talent Managers are on hand to guide each student throughout their studies at Institut Lyfe and will work with them personally to decide on their development plan
