I to want to study free. I wish to go to England and study electronic engineering but I have not enough money for fees.

Does anyone know how i can apply for free courses and what i need to get it?

Firstly, I would decide upon which country, university and course you wish to study. In Marks's case he can then use the educations.com search engine to locate the university he wants to study at and contact them regarding their scholarships and tuition fees by submitting an information request to the school.
