I am Khandan Roshanayi.Age 23 years and female,from Iran.Im Biomechanic engineer and Iwant to apply for university,Iwill take an IELTS exam after 2 month.I studied at public university.please help me what should I do to applying my documents.Appologize that we are at a bad situation in Iran.
