Description and information about accommodation Canada

Canada

University of Regina place
Regina is the sunniest capital city in Canada, and the hearts are always open to students. Regina, in the province of Saskatchewan,
Canada, seems to shoot right out of the plains, its more than 350,000 handplanted trees providing an oasis on the prairies. This beautiful capital city has grown since the 1880s through good farming, booming resource industries, a diversified economy and expanding government services. More than 200,000 people make their home in this friendly prairie city.

The University is situated within Wascana Centre, North America’s largest urban park. Besides expansive lawns, waterways and bike paths, Wascana also holds a research technology park, a world-class performing centre, a leading Canadian art gallery, a science centre, a natural history museum, a bird sanctuary, a major movie soundstage, excellent rowing facilities, a lakeside restaurant and the Saskatchewan Legislative Building.

Elsewhere in Regina you’ll find the RCMP Heritage Centre and national training facility, professional theatre, a symphony orchestra, the province’s biggest casino and extensive cultural, commercial and entertainment opportunities.
