Due to the large student population in Groningen, it is not always easy to find housing, especially for international students. Therefore, the first year you study in Groningen, the Housing Office will help you to find suitable housing.

University_of_Groningen_housingIn most cases you will be housed in one of the International Student Houses that are spread throughout the city of Groningen. You will live with other international students and you’ll quickly feel at home in the relaxed atmosphere of these houses.

All International Student Houses employ (Dutch) student managers to welcome new students and act as caretakers.
