Mechanical Engineering in Agriculture and Food Industry is a part of the new discipline called agro-technical which has been developed during the past 54 years by the Szent István University faculty.
This branch
of science ensures the basic theory of technical requirements in agricultural
and food industry production processes. The primary purpose of the
training is to ensure an engineering knowledge which consists of
agricultural, technical and ecological knowledge.
The graduates are
trained professionals who understand technology and are capable of
solving problems in the areas of agricultural production and management
of rural areas with a special focus on machinery.
