Upon completion of the Postgraduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management, candidates can choose to further their education at University Centre César Ritz by studying for the degree of Master of Science, MSc in International Hospitality Management.
This 9-month MSc in International Hospitality Management, which is validated by Manchester Metropolitan University, is an academically rigorous programme that develops critical thinking and the problem-solving skills required in management-level positions. The education programme is designed to expand candidates' aspirations in management development, consultancy, education, research, and training. Intakes of students to the MSc in International Hospitality Management take place four times each year: January, April, July, and October.

15,000-word dissertation supervised by two faculty members with a final assessment by an MMU Exam Board. Students may choose one of the following options:
- Six months (full-time) at the Brig Campus or at MMU in the UK
- 12 months (part-time upon application) with the first 11 weeks on the Brig Campus and complete dissertation off campus abroad
PERSONAL ATTENTION
The class sizes at César Ritz Colleges Switzerland are small, with an official student/ teacher ratio of 13:1. Each student is assigned a personal advisor to mentor and guide the student. If students require additional academic assistance students can participate in the study hall which is supervised by one of the academic staff or can be given a personal tutor to provide assistance in academic subjects.
CAREER DEVELOPMENT
As part of our school curriculum students learn how to write a professional CV, prepare a motivation letter, job search methods and master interview techniques. There are four staff members available to assist students with internships and job placements in Switzerland or abroad. We also have international hotel chains coming to our schools to do campus recruitment thus offering our students great opportunities of employment. César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is dedicated to providing our students with different platforms of career opportunities and as such organizes international career trips around the world.

Like the hospitality and tourism industry, César Ritz Colleges Switzerland values a multi cultural environment. The schools have approximately 500 students comprised of over 6o nationalities.

With over 15,000 alumni from over 65 different countries, the free alumni network association provides a worldwide exchange platform between our current and former César Ritz students. The Alumni Connection News is a free publication that is sent twice a year to our alumni, keeping our alumni in touch with each other and what is happening in school.

Focusing on the professional training and business education for future leaders in the hotel industry, the undergraduate and postgraduate education programmes combine theory with paid industry training in Switzerland and around the world. Intakes of students are four times each year: January, April, July, and October.
International placement is obtained through “Career Fairs” not only in Switzerland, but also around the world in places like Miami (2008), Hong Kong (2009) and Dubai (2010) where students usually receive job offers within 2 weeks after the trip. Recruitment visits to the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland campuses and a highly active alumni network provide more international placement opportunities for graduates.
César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is the first and only Swiss Hotel Management school to receive the prestigious World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) TedQual certification. The school was selected to host the European conference of the prestigious United Nations World Tourism Organization TedQual in October 2010 in Brig with a theme of “The Role of Education in Developing Leaders for the Global Tourism Industry”.
