Established in 1973, European University (EU) is an internationally-accredited, multi-campus business school. Offering small, dynamic classes offered in English, students from over 100 countries enjoy studying in an international environment.

EU offers Business Foundation (BF), Bachelor (BBA), Master (MBA) and Doctor (DBA) of Business Administration programs with majors in Business Administration; Communication & Public Relations; Leisure & Tourism Management; Business Finance; Sports Management; Entrepreneurship; E-Business; International Relations; Design Management; Sustainability Management and Family Business among others.

With main locations in Geneva, Montreux, Munich and Barcelona, European University encourages its students to study business through inter-campus exchanges as all four main campuses share identical curricula and textbooks. EU also has global partnerships and encourages exchanges to other countries including Spain, Switzerland, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia, Kazakhstan, Taiwan, Malaysia and China.

European University is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) and the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE); both organizations recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). EU also holds an International Quality Award (IQA) accreditation as awarded by the Central and East European Management Development Association (CEEMAN).

Undergraduate programs

European University undergraduate business curricula are standardized in line with the Treaty of Bologna; the programs last three years (six 13-week semesters, 180 ECTS). Students also have the opportunity to complete their studies in two years if they take classes during two, intensive summer semesters.

EU's bachelor’s/BBA degree core curricula prepare undergraduates to enter the business world. EU also offers students the option to obtain two independent, internationally accredited Dual Degrees with Nichols College in the U.S.A. or Shinawatra International University in Thailand.

The study of business at European University is structured to provide students a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and international business principles. Project work reinforces practical skills and the real-life application of classroom learning. EU was one of the first private universities to implement the three-year Treaty of Bologna requirements for undergraduate degrees. As a result, its students have the opportunity to join a company having earned a bachelor’s degree in only three years after leaving high school. The rigorous business training EU students undergo allows them to immediately enter our three-term/ one-year MBA program. As a result, EU students can obtain both their bachelor’s and MBA degrees in only four years.

EU's MBA and EMBA business curricula are tailored to accommodate each candidate’s needs.  Utilizing a pragmatic approach to business education which emphasizes the case-study method, these programs effectively prepare students for leadership positions in the modern business world.

In keeping with today’s busy schedules and upward corporate mobility trends, European University also offers an Online MBA program which adapts its onsite MBA program to an easy-to-use web platform taught by acclaimed professors with experience in online education. This blended experience also includes on-campus weeks giving students the opportunity to meet the faculty and colleagues.
