From 2008, Deakin University has offered a Medical degree program.

MelbourneThe city of Melbourne, home to the Deakin University Melbourne campus, has a population of 3.5 million people. It is exciting and well-known for its music and cultural festivals, quality restaurants, entertainment venues, beautiful parks and gardens and excellent shopping.

Its world-class sporting and recreational facilities attract international events such as the Australian Tennis Open, Melbourne Grand Prix, and the International Cricket Test series.

Melbourne has been voted ‘the world’s most liveable city’* twice in the past four years, following surveys conducted by a United
States research group, because of its clean environment, cost of living and quality of housing and education.



Deakin_University_housingThe Deakin University Melbourne Campus at Burwood provides single room accommodation for 200 students in a mixed gender and multicultural environment.

The Geelong Campus at Waurn Ponds also provides single room accommodation for 447 students in a mixed gender and multicultural environment. There is a six single bedroom house available close to the University that provides a self-catering venue for students seeking an off-campus option.

The Warrnambool Campus also provides accommodation for 240 students in a mixed gender and multicultural environment.
