César Ritz Colleges Switzerland provides the best hotel management programmes on three campuses located in Switzerland: La Bouveret, Lucerne, and Brig.

Focusing on the professional training and business education for future leaders in the hotel industry, the undergraduate and postgraduate education programmes combine theory with paid industry training in Switzerland and around the world. Intakes of students are four times each year: January, April, July, and October.

International placement is obtained through “Career Fairs” not only in Switzerland, but also around the world in places like Miami (2008), Hong Kong (2009) and Dubai (2010) where students usually receive job offers within 2 weeks after the trip. Recruitment visits to the César Ritz Colleges Switzerland campuses and a highly active alumni network provide more international placement opportunities for graduates.

César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is the first and only Swiss Hotel Management school to receive the prestigious World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) TedQual certification. The school was selected to host the European conference of the prestigious United Nations World Tourism Organization TedQual in October 2010 in Brig with a theme of “The Role of Education in Developing Leaders for the Global Tourism Industry”.

César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is comprised of the Professional Centre César Ritz and the University Centre César Ritz. Located on three different campuses - La Bouveret, Lucerne, and Brig - César Ritz Colleges Switzerland has the unique advantage of offering to its students an ideal, safe and international learning environment.

Accommodation

The three campuses of César Ritz Colleges Switzerland all offer student housing. Le Bouveret is very well located along the shore of Lake Geneva, providing students with a breathtaking view of the lake and Swiss Alps. Here César Ritz is nicknamed by the students as “their home away from home” because of the friendly family atmosphere which is the ideal starting point for all undergraduate programmes. Leisure and sport activities include a gym, football field, basketball court, and all sorts of outdoor summer and winter activities.

The university style of the Brig campus of César Ritz Colleges Switzerland is ideal for advanced studies for students in the 2nd and 3rd year of our Bachelor program and for all students in the post-graduate studies. In Brig, the students are more independent and their studies focus on the management aspects of the industry. The dormitories are located 5 minutes away from the University Centre and are state-of-the-art facilities. All rooms are deluxe single accommodation with private bathroom, internet facilities and T.V. The facilities include 8 communal kitchens, dining area, student bar and lounge, a fitness centre, music room, study rooms and outdoor patio for summer BBQs. Excellent situated in the Canton of Valais, an hour by train from Bern and two hours by train to Milan, Brig offers many social as well as sports activities.

On César Ritz Colleges Switzerland's Lucerne campus, all 84 student rooms are located in the campus building and offer a range of different room categories right in the heart of the city. The top floor rooms, equipped with balconies allow a superb view over Lucerne and even Lake Lucerne. Double standard rooms are included in the standard package, and also available are double deluxe rooms, single standard rooms, and single deluxe rooms.
