Whether it is an offensive or defensive strategy depends on your product. Should you launch a new product or improve the one that already exists? Who are your competitors and what potential do they have? Which tools can serve your goals, how and when? the demands are numerous.

But the job of the brand manager is to explore the terrain, identify the consumer, define the product, elaborate on the marketing strategy and implement it through market research and communication. Finally, the brand manager must verify that the results correspond to the project aims. There are also many collaborators to manage, ranging from marketing representatives to designers. knowing how to organise them requires technical preparation and energy.
