Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development
The Bachelor program of Property and Sustainable Development is designed to prepare students for a career within the property sector and related areas. Students are given a firm base for their future career.

Courses included in the Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Develepment are:

  • Urban Development and Sustainability
  • Valuation

During the last term the program also includes a project where students work with a large project in cooperation with a company in the real estate sector. Here students can apply their knowledge in gained during their courses.

At graduation, students have the important knowledge necessary to work on a high level within the real estate sector. There are many different career possibilities after graduation. Among them are property development, project management of property projects, research and financing, budgeting and investment in the business.

An Australian degree will give students the option of working anywhere they choose world wide.

Students in the program can also choose to do an internship as part of their education.

Bond offers a great variety of both on-campus accommodation including motel-style rooms, twin share accommodation, single rooms (with shared amenities) and bungalows and off-campus accommodation which offers homestay and rental accommodation in apartment, units and house styles all within a short distance to the University campus

  • Single Room - Shared Facilities
    Single Rooms with facilties shared between 5-8 students in each corridor. All rooms have air-conditioning installed.
  • Single Room - Ensuite Facilities
    Single Rooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have air-conditioning installed.
  • Single Room - Flat
    Single Room in a residence flat. Flats are 2 & 3 bedroom with shared bathroom and limited cooking facilities. All flats are air-conditioned.
  • Single Room - Bungalow
    Relaxed accommodation with private bathroom and limited cooking facilities. All bungalows are air-conditioned.
  • Twin Share Room - Standard
    Twin shared room. Each room has two single beds and a shared ensuite bathroom. All shared rooms are air-conditioned.
  • Twin Share Room - Premium
    Larger interconnecting shared room. Each room has two single beds and a shared ensuite bathroom. All shared rooms are air-conditioned.

If you prefer to live off campus, the university can help you find approved accommodation close to the University. There are different options such as renting a single room or flat in a rental property. Rent can be anything from AUD 150 and AUD 500 per week depending on size, location and the number of bedrooms.
